Here's a bit about me...

I'm Tim Read and I had a passion for modeling when I was a boy, but after leaving home, getting married and developing my career for twenty years, I only found it again ten years ago. I had always wanted to fly radio-controlled planes, but could never afford it on my ten shillings pocket money, but now finally I've gradually gone from learning to fly with the J Perkins EPP foamie hill soarer 'Bullet':

to a 36in span West Wings kit glider called 'Orion'

to a ten foot soarer from plans called 'Selestra'

to an RCM&E plan geared 400 size electric powered trainer called 'Trixie',

to this project, the modified Dare Designs 'Mosquito'.
